Professor Stucke spoke on October 3 at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Midwest Zone CLE Training session. The event, held in Nashville, was attended by the insurance commissioners of the Midwest states. Prof. Stucke spoke about data, privacy, and the legal concepts of unfair and deceptive acts and practices, and unfair methods of competition. He was introduced by his former student, and current Insurance Commissioner for the state of Tennessee, Carter Lawrence.
