Professor Maurice Stucke and his co-author, Ariel Ezrachi, won an Antitrust Writing Award by George Washington University and Concurrences Review for their article, “Sustainable and Unchallenged Algorithmic Tacit Collusion,” 17 Northwestern Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property 217 (2020). The aim of the Antitrust Writing Awards is to promote competition scholarship and to contribute to competition advocacy. The Jury is composed of leading antitrust enforcers, academics and counsel.
