Maurice Stucke spoke at the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law’s 65th Spring Meeting in Washington DC.
The panel, titled “Competition and Consumer Law Issues with Customer Profiling,” gave an overview of the consumer protection and antitrust issues of Big Data.
Hill B. Wellford of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP moderated the panel, and the other panelists were David L. Meyer, Morrison & Foerster LLP, Thomas B. Pahl, Acting Director, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Federal Trade Commission, and Lydia Parnes, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC.

The European Political Strategy Centre gathered a select group of leading international experts, including Maurice Stucke, to provide input to the ongoing public consultation on ‘Building a European Data Economy’.
